Total Project Cost: $3,600,000 ARPA Grant: $1,440,000 DWGTF Loan: $2,160,000 Approved: March 8, 2023 NHDES, through the American Rescue Plan Act funds (ARPA) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund (DWSRF) has offered the City of Franklin $3,600,000 in a combination of grant and loan funds for needed water system improvements. The City will use the grant and loan funding to replace water mains in the City’s distribution system including but not limited to East and West Bow Streets. This project will improve water quality and reliability.
