About this project

Total Project Cost: $9,000,000 ARPA Grant: $1,600,000 Approved: February 22, 2023 NHDES, through the American Rescue Plan Act funds, has offered the City of Manchester $1,600,000. The city will use the grant funding for final design and bidding phase services for the Cemetery Brook Drain Tunnel project intended to eliminate the active Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) outfall at Cemetery Brook in the city.
