Total Project Cost: $6,500,000 ARPA Grant: $1,950,000 DWSRF Loan: $4,550,000 Approved: September 21, 2022 The Tilton-Northfield Water District will use the(ARPA grant funds to construct a new water treatment plant; treatment backwash lagoons; pre-cast wellhouse buildings; distribution piping to connect the wells to the new treatment building and associated infrastructure; development, permitting, and connection of existing test well; and improved access roads for long-term maintenance and operations. Grant funds will be used in conjunction with New Hampshire Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan funds to complete the engineering, design, bidding and construction for the project.
