Total Project Costs: $4,775,400 ARPA Grant: $2,000,000 DWSRF Loan: $1,342,900 DWG Trust Fund: $1,432,500 Approved: August 17, 2022 Emerald Lake Village District will use the grant and loan funds to make significant upgrades to the water system through three different projects: installing water main to connect the new Eastman Well to the existing Meeting House water treatment plant and provide necessary upgrades to treatment and structures; building upgrades, installation of new treatment media, and electrical, instrumentation, piping and chemical system improvements to the existing Patten Hill water treatment plant; and replacing water mains along numerous roads within the distribution system.
