Total Project Cost: $1,008,000 ARPA Grant: $302,400 DWSRF Loan: $403,200 DWGTF Grant: $302,400 Approved: September 21, 2022 Rollinsford Water and Sewer District will use the grant and loan funds for water main replacement along Locust and Prospect Street. Grant funds will be used in conjunction with Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (DWSRF) loan funds to complete the design, bidding, construction and engineering oversight of the construction contract for the project.
