ARPA Grant: $100,000 Approved: August 23, 2023 The Town will use the grant funding to develop a final planning Project Report, that will advance water quality improvements, for the Spofford Lake watershed. This project will focus on mitigating stormwater impacts in the vicinity of Pinnacle Springs Road, Route 63, and Silverdale Road in Chesterfield, NH, and area that has been identified by stakeholders as a source of nutrient and sediment loading to Spofford Lake. This project report will include a priority list of recommended stormwater control measures (SCMs) for five to ten sites, prepare preliminary designs for one to three sites, and create a work plan and estimate for completing design and permitting.
