Total Project Cost: $6,110,000 ARPA Grant: $1,222,000 DWSRF Loan: $4,888,000 Approved: March 22, 2023 The Town will use the grant and loan funding to extend its municipal water system to interconnect the Town-owned Rand Shepard Hill community water system and the homeowner association-owned community water systems at Barkland Acres and Morningside Drive to address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), manganese, arsenic and supply issues. This project will improve water quality and reliability.
