ARPA Grant: $215,000 Approved: May 4, 2022 The Town of Lincoln will use the grant funding to make improvements including the replacement of a variable frequency drive on a lagoon aerator, the design and installation of a mixing system in the lagoons, and upgrades to the heating system in the interior of the buildings.
