Total project cost: $300,000 ARPA Grant: $60,000 DWSRF Loan: $240,000 Approved: October 19, 2022 The Whispering Brook Homeowners Association will use the grant and loan funds for water system improvements including the rehabilitation and expansion of the existing pumphouse to accommodate electrical upgrades and new system components, replacement of the existing atmospheric and hydropneumatics tanks, installation of a new emergency generator, and the installation of curb valves.
