Total project cost: $2,604,600 ARPA Grant: $1,169,600 DWSRF Loan: $235,000 DWGTF Grant: $200,000 DWGTF Loan: $1,000,000 Approved: October 19, 2022 Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District will use the grant and loan funds to replace water main including the installation of service lines to curb stops and water main appurtenances along Emerson Street, Russell Street and Highland Street.
