About this project

Total Project Cost: $428,950 ARPA Grant: $400,000 Local Funds: $28,950 Approved: November 22, 2022 The Town of Winchester will use funds to replace the Jones Culvert, a high-risk, 70-year-old, undersized culvert. Replacement is critical to prevent the collapse of the road and significant public safety issues. This project will allow the Town to complete the construction of an improved crossing that passes the 100-year storm event and allows aquatic organism passage.
